Booking policy

The small print, kept simple.

A few things that help every guest get the full time and care they booked.

Booking & arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can settle you in. If you are late, we may need to shorten your session so the next guest isn't kept waiting.

Changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Use the link in your booking confirmation or message us. [Cancellation window and deposit terms to confirm with the shop.]

Payment

We accept cash, bank transfer, selected e-wallets and cards. Card payments carry a 4% fee. Prices are in Thai baht.

Take-home products

Products included with Warm, Recover and Andaman options are used during your session and are yours to take home. They are not exchangeable for cash.

Kids

Kids Gentle Relax is for ages 8 to 17. A parent or guardian must give consent and may stay nearby. Kids can ask to stop at any time.

Your health

Tell us about pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery or medical conditions before your session. Our therapists may adapt or decline a treatment for your safety.
